History

2023 marked the 25th year of AESC’s operations. From humble beginnings in 1998 a small team of dedicated essential services professionals started AESC from our then Melbourne office.  Within a few years this grew to a Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane operation, with many of our early employees still connected to the company today.

When we commenced, essential services management and a property help desk were our main services that we delivered. Over time our brand and reputation for quality within the industry grew. We started to gain more client interest nationally and we able to establish AESC as a leader in essential services delivery. During this ESM growth period, AESC was able to assist in the development of the cloud-based property risk and compliance technology platform called BOSS, which underpins much of our operations today. This market leadership enabled AESC to diversify into other property service areas such as Property Risk, Height Safety, Emergency Management, Contractor & Incident Management, Planned Maintenance and Projects.

Fast forward to more recent years, and we have now developed into the AESC Group which includes partners such as Workplace Emergency Management, Icom Safety Solutions, AESC Projects and BOSS Risk, with operations in Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and New Zealand. We have had many great employees, partners and clients over the past 25 years to help us become the industry leading company that we are today.

Our business has and will always be built on our dedicated internal teams, who have an interest in working together for safe, compliant and accurate outcomes for our clients and their buildings. As our business continues to change and adapt to a modern high performing technical delivery business, our basic philosophies of Innovation, Reliability and Proven results remain. This combined with our company values – Resilience – Communication – Customer Service – Accountability – Respect – Teamwork, makes us the best in the business. We recognise our teams that make this happen and say “Thank You” to all involved.
